These terms explain how ConectaFrik works for shoppers, sellers, brands, creators and agencies. By using the service you agree to them.
Accounts
You must give accurate information and keep your sign-in safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Who can use ConectaFrik
You must be at least 18 years old, or of legal age in your country, to create an account, buy or sell. Businesses act through a person authorised to represent them.
Marketplace
Sellers are responsible for their listings, prices, delivery promises and compliance with the laws of the countries they sell to. Prohibited and counterfeit items are removed.
Payments & fees
Payment is arranged directly between buyer and seller (bank transfer, mobile money, cash on delivery…). If online payment is offered on the platform, any fees will be shown before you confirm, by country and category.
Plans and the free launch
During the launch period every feature is free for everyone. Paid plans will be announced at least 30 days before they start; nobody is charged without choosing a plan, and what you published during the launch stays online.
Reviews
Only people who really dealt with a store can review its listings, and only brands that worked with a creator can review them. Reviews must be honest and about your own experience; fake, bought or rewarded reviews, and reviews written to harm a competitor, are forbidden. Sellers may answer publicly but must not pressure buyers. We publish positive and negative reviews alike and remove only those that break these rules or the law.
Coupons
Coupons are created by sellers, who must honour them under the conditions shown (discount, dates, minimum price, number of uses). A coupon is applied when you send a purchase request and can be used once per person. ConectaFrik does not fund discounts unless stated otherwise.
Creators & campaigns
Creators must disclose paid partnerships and may not use fake engagement. Brands and creators agree deliverables and prices between themselves; ConectaFrik provides the tools, not the contract.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you publish and grant ConectaFrik the licence needed to display and promote it on the service. Do not post anything unlawful, deceptive or that infringes others' rights.
Moderation, suspension and appeals
We may remove content, limit its visibility or suspend accounts that break these terms or the law. We tell you which decision we took and why (statement of reasons), and you can contest it within six months by writing to the contact address on the Reports & transparency page; a person, not only a machine, reviews your appeal.
Liability
ConectaFrik connects people and businesses and is not a party to sales or collaboration agreements. The service is provided as is, within the limits allowed by the law of your country.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters to you, we will tell you at least 15 days in advance (30 days for sellers when it concerns fees). If you do not agree, you can close your account at any time.
Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence and may bring a claim before the courts of your place of residence or a consumer dispute resolution body.
