What we collect
Account details (name, email, username), content you publish, messages you send, your market and language choices, and — only if you consent — usage analytics.
Why we use it
To operate your account, show relevant products and creators, match brands with creators, keep the platform safe and improve it.
Legal bases
We process your data to provide the service you signed up for (contract), to keep the platform safe and prevent fraud (legitimate interest), to meet legal obligations such as identifying professional sellers and answering authorities (legal obligation), and for analytics and personalisation only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Who helps us
Trusted providers process data on our behalf under contract: web hosting (Hostinger), the database (Neon), sending emails, and live video (LiveKit), only while you watch or host a live. We do not sell your data and we use no advertising trackers. Sellers you contact receive what they need to answer you and deliver your order.
Cookies & consent
Essential cookies keep you signed in and remember your language and market. Analytics and personalisation are off until you opt in, and you can change your mind at any time.
Your rights
Access and export your data, correct it, reset your recommendations, withdraw consent, and delete your account — all from Settings, without contacting anyone.
How long we keep it
Account data lives as long as your account. When you delete it, personal data is erased or anonymised; records we must keep by law are kept only as long as required.
International transfers
ConectaFrik is a global service, so data can be processed in several regions. Where the law requires it, we use appropriate safeguards and honour local rules for each market.
Minors
ConectaFrik is not intended for people under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you think a minor has created an account, tell us and we will delete it.
