What ConectaFrik is
ConectaFrik is an online marketplace and creator platform. It connects buyers with independent sellers, service providers, brands and content creators, and offers tools such as live shopping, shoppable videos, campaigns and messaging. Unless stated otherwise, ConectaFrik is not the seller of the products and services listed by its members: each sale or service is a contract between the buyer and the seller.
Intellectual property
The ConectaFrik name and logo, the design of the site and its software are protected and belong to their owner; the app was created by pixelanta.eu. Content published by members belongs to them. Editorial photos come from Unsplash under its licence.
Content and links
As a hosting service, ConectaFrik does not check every listing before it is published, but it acts promptly when it learns of illegal content (see Reports & transparency). It is not responsible for third-party sites linked from members' pages.
Applicable law
Spanish law applies, without depriving consumers of the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence. Consumers may go to the courts of their place of residence.
