Seller terms
Last updated October 14, 2026
These conditions apply to everyone who sells products or services on ConectaFrik, in addition to the terms of use.
Private or professional
Say truthfully whether you sell as a private person or as a professional (a company, or a self-employed person acting for their business). If you sell regularly, buy to resell or make a living from it, you are a professional. Presenting yourself as a private person when you are a professional is forbidden and misleads buyers about their rights.
Your details
Professional sellers give their legal name, address, phone number, email, tax number and, if any, trade register number, and certify that they only offer products and services that comply with EU and national law. We show these details to buyers, may check them, and may suspend a store whose details are false or incomplete (EU Digital Services Act, articles 30–31).
Listings
Describe what you sell accurately, with your own photos or photos you are allowed to use, in the right category. Show the full price, including taxes, and say clearly what is included and how and when you deliver. You must own what you sell or be authorised to sell it, and it must be legal in your country and in the buyer's. Prohibited items are listed on their own page.
Selling to consumers
If you are a professional selling to consumers in the EU, you must respect their rights: clear information before the purchase, the 14-day right of withdrawal (with the legal exceptions), refunds within 14 days, and the legal guarantee of conformity (at least 2 years in the EU; 3 years in Spain for goods). The Returns & withdrawal page explains these rights to buyers.
Taxes and invoices
You are responsible for declaring your income, charging and paying VAT or other taxes where they apply, and issuing invoices when the law requires it. Under EU rules (DAC7), platforms may have to report sellers' activity to tax authorities.
Reviews
Do not write, buy or ask for fake reviews, do not offer rewards in exchange for a review, and do not pressure buyers to change one. You may reply publicly and politely. Breaking these rules leads to the removal of reviews and to suspension.
Coupons and discounts
When you create a coupon, you must honour it under the conditions you set (discount, dates, minimum price, uses). Do not show a fake 'was' price to make a discount look bigger: a crossed-out price must be one you really charged recently.
Buyers' data
Use the name, address and messages buyers share with you only to answer them and complete the sale; keep them safe and do not use them for marketing without their consent. For these data you are responsible under data protection law (GDPR).
Fees
Selling on ConectaFrik is free during the launch. Before any plan or commission starts, sellers will be told at least 30 days in advance, with the exact amounts, and can close their store if they disagree.
If the rules are broken
We may hide or remove listings, limit features or suspend a store, in proportion to how serious the breach is. We explain our decision and its reasons, and you can appeal it (see Reports & transparency). Before suspending a store for good we warn you, unless the law or an urgent risk requires immediate action.
